- Hotels are not within easy walking distance to campus however, shuttles will be organized to and from the conference. Shuttle schedules will be posted prior to the conference
- Uber and Lyft ridesharing is readily available in the area.
- While not all hotels have a direct shuttle stop, most are within easy walking distance to one another. Shuttle schedule will be posted prior to the conference.

The conference organizers have negotiated conference rates at a range of hotels below, please be aware of the booking deadlines for each hotel and due to limited capacity be sure to book early to ensure you get your first choice. Also please note that all group rates expire in February.
